Employee Handbook (How to Play)

Objective

Promote all departments from Intern (Ace) to CEO (King) into the OKR piles (Foundations) at the top right.

Controls

  • Click to Move: Select a card, then click a destination. (Keyboard: Tab to navigate, Enter/Space to confirm).
  • Recall Email: Undoes your last move (Penalty applies to rating).
  • Outsource: Automatically moves safe tasks to the OKR pile.

Workflow Rules

  • Synergy: In the main dashboard, stack cards in descending order and alternating colors.
  • Bandwidth: Move stacks if you have enough empty Parking Spots + Empty Columns.
  • Parking Lot: Use the 4 slots at the top left to temporarily store blockers.
